Timothy McInerney has more than 30 years’ experience resolving legal issues on projects involving hospitals, prisons, commercial buildings, schools, bridges and geothermal plants. He also has extensive business experience in analyzing and drafting construction contracts. He has represented clients in disputes involving bid protests, OSHA violations and licensing matters. He also represents various business entities and individuals in real estate disputes and general business litigation matters. Mr. McInerney has taught Fundamentals Construction Law for U.C. Berkeley Extension since 1998.

Louis Meunier is a long-standing business leader in California and in the retail industry nationwide. He began his career with Macy’s, retiring as executive vice president in 2011. He represented the company’s external affairs initiatives in all Western states, plus Hawaii and Guam. Mr. Meunier has served as chair of the California Retailers’ Association; San Francisco Travel Association; co-chair of the San Francisco Center for Economic Development; vice chair of the California Travel and Tourism Commission; and finance chair of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. He received the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research (SPUR) Silver Spur Award for his visionary work in transforming San Francisco’s Union Square. A strong advocate of the power of education to transform lives, he serves on the board of Educational Results Partnership, and has served on the advisory board for the Kalmanovitz School of Education at St. Mary’s College of California. As a volunteer, Mr. Meunier currently directs operations at the Order of Malta Clinic of Northern California.

After graduating Santa Clara University, Michael Lambert had a successful 40-year career in financial services, retiring in 2005 as a Senior Vice-President of UBS (United Bank of Switzerland).
Mr. Lambert has been involved in founding parish councils and provided more than 10 years of fundraising leadership to Immaculate Heart Radio, culminating in the purchase of the San Francisco station KSFB (K St. Francis Bay) 1260 AM. He is a consecrated member of the Hospitalite Notre Dame de Lourdes and a founding Board member of the Order of Malta Clinic of Northern California. Invested into the Order of Malta in 1991, Mr. Lambert helped start the Sacramento location. He is a Knight in Obedience and member of the Subpriory of Our Lady of Philermo.

He provided general counsel for the Archdiocese of San Francisco, as well as a variety Catholic institutions and other clients. Mr. Christian now provides in-house counsel for the Archdiocese of San Francisco. The recipient of the Archbishop Alemany Award for Christian Service from the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology, Mr. Christian also was named as a Top Lawyer of San Francisco by the San Francisco Chronicle. Currently, he serves as President of the Board for the Order of Malta Clinic of Northern California, and as a Board member of the St. Mary’s Medical Center Foundation.

After leaving Procter & Gamble, Sara Kachadoorian Cumbelich blazed a storied career in advertising, working with renowned agencies keye/donna/pearlstein, BBDO and JWT. She spearheaded campaigns for major brands including Macintosh, Microsoft, Sprint, Visa and Blue Cross. She left the industry as a VP and account director to launch a one-woman consulting practice.
Mrs. Cumbelich currently serves as Development Chair for the Order of Malta Clinic and as VP of Marketing for the Piedmont Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and served on the Modern Art Council of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art for a decade. She holds a BA in Journalism from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

A respected leader in commercial real estate, Bill Cumbelich became Executive Vice President with CBRE in December 2013, following the acquisition of The CAC Group, which he co-founded in 1990. Under his leadership, CAC grew to become the largest independent brokerage firm in San Francisco, and one of the premier institutional boutique real estate services companies in the United States. The CAC Group completed many of the largest and most significant transactions in San Francisco from 1990-2013, representing in excess of 19 million square feet in San Francisco and Seattle. Mr. Cumbelich is the Secretary of the Board for the Order of Malta Clinic of Northern California. He received his BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Dr. Dan Field’s distinguished career in medicine began at The Permanente Medical Group where he practiced until 2016. A specialist in emergency medicine, Dr. Field continues serving patients at Adventist Heath Clear Lake and MED7 Urgent Care. Over the years he has volunteered as a Clinical Faculty member at the University of California at Davis, as a physician with the Sacramento County Sherriff’s Department, and as an instructor at California North State University Medical School. Charles V. Wirth is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 40 years of experience in both military and civilian roles. Early in his career, Mr. Wirth served on active duty and in the reserve, as a US Army, Medical Services Corp. officer. He served in various healthcare administrative roles and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. In 1988, he joined Palo Alto Medical Foundation, where he was responsible for ancillary medical services and many administrative functions. He then joined Sutter Health, where he served as an executive for 22 years, first as CEO of Sutter Gould Medical Foundation, and later as CEO of Sutter Physician Service - a health care administrative services company with more than 2500 employees and $4 billion in client revenue. He earned his BS and MS degrees from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Chaminade University and is a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College.
